Drew's first birthday in Bermuda...

This is my first 3-D cake.  I made 5 sheet cakes, layered them and carved the space shuttle with a bread knife... It is also the first time I have ever used fondant.  I made my own fondant and was pleased with how easy it was to make.  Kyle's dad made a suspended platform so the shuttle would look as if it were flying.
